As the leafs on the trees are changing colour and the season starts to turn, wedding venues across the country are still in full swing creating magical days for couples. High House an exclusive wedding venue in the heart of the Essex countryside is one of those magical venues that is perfect for any season. On this day in late September our couple, Leanne and Robert were set for a great celebration. I arrived early to capture the grounds of the venue, including the lake, barn, pond, patios and tented pavilion. All packed with character and beautifully landscaped. The attention to detail that Leanne and friends had put together was brilliant, all Disney themed made the dinning area like something from one of the fairytale movies. When I arrived to see Leanne and the girls for bridal preparations the spirits were high and everyone seemed pretty relaxed.

When Robert and the guys turned up the heavens opened and rain was set in for the day. I never think rain should put a dampener on the day and always like to make it a feature. It can really be romantic and cinematic with umbrellas and slow motion. Both Leanne and Robert were great sports having walks in the rain after the ceremony. The confetti walk was perfect and a real highlight for the video. The rest of the day was spent celebrating with friends and family. Cocktails and delicious food from the High House wedding venue kept the guests very happy. I really enjoyed myself watching on and capturing the moments as they unfolded. Leanne and Robert partied into the evening to finish an incredible day.
