Rayleigh Windmill & The Red Brick Barn Wedding Trailer
RACHEL & KARL WEDDING TRAILER
Celebrating the amazing day that Rachel and Karl tied the knot in true style. This was a wedding with a difference, a somewhat magical difference. It was all about having fun with a relaxed vibe and a country style.
Starting at The Rayleigh Windmill for the ceremony I arrived to capture the stunning grade two listed building before meeting up with Karl and his Dad for a walk around the grounds. The morning was fresh and gave us moments of blue sky which was lovely. Then arriving in style, the guests turn up in a beautiful 1950s bus. We then all packed into the small windmill to await Rachel.
As Karl stood waiting, Rachel pulled up with her son in a rust brown vintage 1950s truck with white ribbons flapping in the breeze. A huge smile on her face as she walked down the aisle to be beside her man.
The ceremony was followed with some down time in the gardens of Rayleigh Windmill. Rachel and Karl could then chat with their guests as the children ran around until it was time for some family photos.
The second half of the day took us to The Red Brick Barn in Rochford, Essex. The Red Brick Barn looked spectacular, fully decorated in a country western style with so many little touches to make the celebrations truly unique. Karl and Rachel had organised pony rides for the children, an outside bar, haystacks to sit on, popcorn, candy floss, kids play areas, slush puppies, sweet bags, flower seeds for guests, a bucking bronco and so many more quirky touches.
The celebrations at the barn were such fun! Everyone had an amazing evening taking turns on the pony and bronco until the evening BBQ put some hearty food in all the guests tummies.
This took us nicely to the final stages of the day where Rachel and Karl cut the cake then, took the first dance to kick off the evening party!
I must say this was a truly fantastic day that was so refreshing as it was so very different to a normal wedding day.Pictures From The Day
PICTURE FROM THE DAY
A few pictures from the day taken from the wedding video. I think you'll agree that the video does the day much more justice than a couple of snapshots...
