Wedding Videography Details - Your Booking!

Thank you for choosing 3 Cheers Media to film your special day. As your wedding is just around the corner it's now time to put some thought into your wedding video, a memory that will truly last forever. Can I ask you to put your thinking caps on and provide me with the following to help make a unique and personal memory;

Wedding Video Check List:

  • Detailed schedule of day

  • Venue address and postcode

  • Full names before marriage

  • Special instructions?

  • Full contact details and address

  • Music*

MUSIC FOR YOUR WEDDING VIDEO

*Please provide around 10/12 tracks of your choice in order of preference for the video. Not all songs may be used so preference is important. The tracks should be significant to you both. I may use some tracks with no lyrics at times when speeches needs to be heard you may also provide these. Please highlight tracks used in special moments like your first dance and include at least two upbeat songs for evening dancing. I will require the music before I start editing so please send them to me before the wedding on CD or USB stick or, alternatively, have them for me on the day. For the wedding highlights video (cinematic trailer) you will need to choose a royalty free song from a music website called; SOUNDSTRIPE. This is because Youtube, Facebook and Instagram now decline videos with copyrighted music made by professional artists. The www.soundstripe.com website is chock full of great tracks made for wedding videography. Just click on the site and browse the wedding section and let me know what track you have chosen. I am a member so no extra charge will be passed on once you have chosen your wedding trailer soundtrack.

I kindly ask for catering arrangements to be made during the time you will be having your wedding breakfast, receiving a hot meal really does keep energy levels high. For most weddings I will be on location for over 10 hours, working hard and the meal comes at the perfect time to keep me going into the evening.

After I have this information I will be in touch to finalise and tie up any loose ends. You will receive an email on completion with a link to your cinematic trailer then once full payment has been made you will receive your wedding USB with the full edit and trailer included.
