Kat & Ash - A Summer wedding at Apton Hall

Another stunning Apton Hall wedding video celebrating the marriage of Kat and Ash as they tie the knot in true style during the summer of 2021. After date cancelations and postponements due to COVID-19 it was so great to have Kat and Ash's wedding day finally come round. And what a wedding it was, so much effort when into the day; from the details, the gorgeous flowers, the finishing touches at Apton Hall and even an Aston Martin in which Ash the groom arrived in. No expense was spared to make this a truly memorable Apton Hall wedding.

It gives me great pleasure to say I am one of Apton Hall's recommended videographers, so it's always an absolute pleasure to come back time and time again to this beautiful venue. As I arrived the staff were busy preparing the venue and making it look incredible. This wedding had possibly the best flower arrangements I have ever seen in over 15 years of filming weddings, the colours and placements were perfect! I got to work filming the details and grounds until Ash arrived in the sleek silver Aston Martin. He then got ready with his ushers to meet the guests and have a drink or two to settle into the day, what a big smile he had on his face from start to finish, a very happy man! The indoor ceremony had moments of laughter and some great readings to add a personal touch to the proceedings. Then it was celebration time with live music from a great acoustic three piece band. They had many people dancing and singing along. This followed into the wedding breakfast for magicians, speeches and lots of laughter. Into the evening and more celebrations followed kicking off with the first dance to get the part started.

Highlights for me on the day were filming Kat and Ash's two girls who looked beautiful along with the other bridesmaids. Working with Kat and Ash was also an absolute pleasure, they both seemed so relaxed and happy and I could tell they really wanted to focus on enjoying their day with the guests. Finally, always a highlight; filming at Apton Hall, the grounds are a perfect size to cover, not too big and not too small, Apton offers a stunning back drop for any Essex wedding, the staff are also so accommodating and friendly.
