Grace & Jess - One of our Best!
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls... are you sitting comfortably? May I present to you this epic wedding highlights video, celebrating the union of Grace and Jess. Marrying each other in true style at one of Essex's top wedding venues; Apton Hall, Rochford.
This same-sex wedding had so many highlights I had to extended the music track numerous times just to fit them in. Both girls were an absolute delight to capture on the day, everything was super laid back, relaxed and fun. What was really special, was how the wedding couple planned for their day to unfold; Starting with bridal preparations for both Grace and Jess and they got ready in separate areas of Apton Hall. Grace in the Dove Cot and Jess above the stables, with bridal parties preparing wild flowers picked the day before. Both girls seemed happy and calm as they got ready for the big day ahead.
This led us onto a 'first look' between Grace and Jess, something that is more common in American wedding videos but what a lovely aspect of the day to capture. Both girls were ear to ear smiles as they saw each others dresses for the first time. After this all the morning guests met the girls to begin the wedding breakfast followed by speeches. You might be thinking but wait.... what about the ceremony? Well on this day it comes next! A beautifully decorated outside area of Apton Hall was ready to take yet more guests after the breakfast feast.
The ceremony had so many elements to remember; vows, readings, timing the knot, rings and even a sung performance by a close friend. This was topped off by a magnificent confetti exit to lead out into the afternoon celebrations. As drinks and canapés were then handed out, guests enjoyed catching up with one another whilst an artist drew portraits. This took us into family photos and my favourite part of the day, the couples shoot.
It may just be the best couples video I have filmed. Jess and Grace were just so happy and smiley which really helps make the shots look awesome. We took them all around the venue to find some great cinematic backdrops. The corn fields behind Apton Hall were just magical. The final part of the day was watching Jess perform a number of songs with a band to Grace and the guests, she absolutely smashed it. Her knock out performance had everyone dancing and clapping along.
I have to say this was a fantastic day and an epic wedding to film and edit. I truly hope the girls are happy with the final videos as much as I am and wish both Grace and Jess all there very best for the future together. For more information on Essex wedding videos please visit:
