A Christmas Wedding - Samantha & Lewis

What a wonderful day I had filming the winter wedding of Samantha and Lewis as they tied the knot during Christmas of 2021. Starting my day at the Saint Nicholas Church of Great Wakering, Essex with heavy rain and umbrellas being popped. The weather certainly didn't dampen the mood as Lewis and his groomsmen turned up with big smiles to warm up the day.

Samantha arrived in style in a vintage Rolls Royce with her Dad and turned heads as she walked down the aisle to stand by Lewis's side. A lovely ceremony then took place with plenty of fun moments from the vicar and some great hymns sung by everyone. This lead us out to confetti and photos outside before we hit the road to the reception.

Gosfield Hall can be found in Constable Country, glorious rural Essex. A meandering driveway through pretty parkland leads you to the imposing front of the house. Through the gateway, guests are welcomed with drinks and nibbles before the celebrations begin.

My friend and colleague, Gary Derbridge made the most of the fast fading sun, taking shots outside the house before exploring the inner chambers of Gosfield Hall with Lewis and Samantha. The wedding breakfast followed with some great speeches that had people laughing and crying. Then into the evening for more fun, cake cutting bouquet tossing and dancing well into the night.

A great day for one and all as Samantha and Lewis married and celebrated at Gosfield Hall, Essex. Thank you both so much for choosing me to film your special day, it was an absolute pleasure.
